Root Cause Failure Analysis:

Hammer laboratory usually carries out detailed experimental investigation named as Failure Analysis. This scientific activity consists in determining the experimental mechanism behind a failure of a metallic component in order to take timely preventive and corrective actions. The experimental activity begins with a carefully study of the failed metallic component (study of the component, exposure environment, mechanical load, design phase, production phase and so on) and go back to the main origin of the cause of failure. The whole activity is fully documented by scientific detailed report and supporting the customer in order to give a valid solution to prevent further failure.
